1 No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our products and services, RackzWare does not offer refunds, exchanges, returns, cancellations, or any form of monetary reimbursement once a purchase transaction has been completed and payment processed.

This policy applies to all digital products, software licenses, services, and any other offerings provided by RackzWare.

Limited Exception: The sole exception to this policy is when a product demonstrably fails to function as described due to technical defects, and only at the absolute discretion of RackzWare management. Any such determination shall be final and non-appealable.

2 Dispute Resolution and Protective Measures

IMMEDIATE PROTECTIVE ACTION: Upon initiation of any chargeback, dispute, claim, or challenge to payment through any payment processor, financial institution, or third party, RackzWare is immediately authorized and entitled to implement any or all of the following protective measures without prior notice:

• Immediate license termination of all software and services
• Account suspension or permanent ban from all RackzWare platforms, servers, and communities
• Software deactivation and revocation of all access privileges
• Reversal of all software modifications and restoration to original state
• Data removal from our systems and servers
• Blacklisting from future purchases or services
• Legal action to recover damages and costs

WAIVER OF DISPUTE RIGHTS: By purchasing from RackzWare, you expressly waive your right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with payment processors for any reason other than unauthorized use of your payment method by third parties.

3 Customer Acknowledgments and Responsibilities

Before completing any purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have thoroughly reviewed all product descriptions, specifications, system requirements, and compatibility information
• You understand the digital nature of the products and the no-refund policy
• You have the technical knowledge to use the products or have consulted appropriate support
• You are purchasing the product "AS IS" without any warranties beyond those legally required
• You will contact support through official channels before considering any dispute action

4 Contact and Support

Pre-Purchase Inquiries: All questions regarding products, compatibility, or functionality must be directed to our support team prior to purchase.

Post-Purchase Support: Technical support for purchased products is available via our Discord server. Support does not constitute grounds for refund eligibility.

5 Policy Modifications

RackzWare reserves the absolute right to modify, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our products or services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

6 Legal Enforceability

This policy is governed by applicable consumer protection laws while maintaining the strongest legal protections available to RackzWare. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the policy remains in full effect.

Severability Clause: If any part of this policy is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

7 Binding Agreement

BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• You agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions
• You waive any claims for refunds beyond those explicitly stated herein
